Domestic Shipping Only
AlphaLife247 exclusively serves and ships to customers within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, or international freight forwarding addresses. All orders placed with non-domestic shipping destinations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Order Processing and Fulfillment Timeline
We know that getting your gear on time matters.

All orders are processed and handed off to our shipping carriers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a secondary notification email containing tracking information the moment your package enters the carrier's network.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Delivery timelines depend entirely on the shipping method selected and your geographic distance from the fulfillment point. While standard transit times generally range from 3 to 7 business days, all delivery dates are estimates provided by the carriers and are not strictly guaranteed.

Shipment Tracking and Verification
When your order ships, you will receive an automated email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active on the carrier's tracking portal.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
AlphaLife247 is not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or events outside of our direct control.

Title and risk of loss pass entirely to the customer once the products are transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives structurally damaged or altered, please document the condition immediately, retain all original packaging materials, and contact us at alphalife247@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
